Competition Terms

  1. Entry is open to Australian residents, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and other agencies associated with the promotion.
  2. The prizes are as described and are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
  3. This competition closes on the date detailed in the competition description.
  4. Winners will be notified by email within 21 days of promotion closing date.
  5. Competitions are games of skill unless noted with a corresponding State Permit, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be judged on individual merit. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. All entries become the property of the Promoter, Nett Publishing. The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of winning and runners-up entries for the purpose of future promotions and may pass your details on to the prize vendor for the purpose of prize distribution.
  7. No responsibility is accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.
  8. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner. This clause does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which are not able to be excluded under applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
  9. You must be 18 years or over at the time of entry to enter any competitions in Nett magazine or on nett.com.au.
  10. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. The Promoter has absolute discretion as to whether it will provide such consent and need not provide any reasons to any person for providing or withholding consent.
  11. The Promoter is Nett Publishing Pty Ltd.
